A “Lunch and Learn” meeting was held at 12.30 on Wednesday 7 March 2007 at The Grand Canal Hotel, Upper Grand Canal Street, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
The meeting included lunch and a short presentation from Declan Flood, Chief Executive, Irish Institute of Credit Management (IICM) entitled “The Top Ten Mistakes made by Credit Controllers”.
