The judges were also impressed by the professional production and stylish layout. The company had been busy during the year with the launch of a Checkout News App featuring the latest breaking news from both Ireland and across Europe; the launch of a new-look website to complement its print edition and its weekly Retail Intelligence e-news service.
All this contributed to making Checkout a winner.
