The judges felt that Licensing World stood out in this business to business category. The magazine underwent a complete design makeover since its acquisition by Ashville Media Group in 2013 which positioned it
as a driver of change in the industry. The content was expanded to cover issues including national and international trends that publicans need to be aware of and the growing importance of food to the drinks trade. The magazine successfully re-launched The Bar of the Year awards and expanded it to reflect crucial changes and trends in the industry, as well as the licensed trade’s growing reliance on and successful use of social media.
A good quality title serving its audience well.
