Magazines Ireland is delighted to announce Oliver Callan as the host for the Irish Magazine Awards 2017. Callan is Ireland’s top impressionist and satirist. His radio show Callan’s Kicks is in its 10th primetime season on RTÉ Radio One and has also run on TV for a series and two specials on RTÉ One. It’s one of the country’s biggest podcasts. He also appears regularly on The Late Late Show and The Marian Finucane Show as a performer and panellist. A former journalist, he is a popular columnist and commentator on many issues in The Irish Sun and The Irish Times. His live tours have sold out shows in Dublin’s famed Olympia Theatre and the 2,500-seater Bord Gais Energy Theatre.
