The fee structure is based on your company's turnover:

Turnover	Annual Fee
Up to €1.3 million	€1150
Between €1.3 and €2.5 million	€1700
Between €2.5 and €4 million	€2550
€4 million plus	€2850

Application procedure:
Applications will be submitted for approval to the board of PPA Ireland. Approved applicants will then be required to fill in the self assessment form and send it with their cheque to PPA Ireland.
